Our training and development portfolio covers a wide range of services. They can normally be delivered on clients own premises but off site delivery can be arranged where required.

British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc)

We deliver the training courses to meet the needs of British Institute of Cleaning Science schemes and assessment for a wide range of clients both on your own premises if you have centre approval or at training centres throughout the United Kingdom. Travel abroad is also an option to meet client demand.

These include:

• Cleaning Operators Proficiency Certificate (COPC) for all stages, preliminary, Stage 1, Stage 2 and Stage 3 plus specialist tasks where required.

• Food Premises Cleaning Certificate (FPCC) for all stages.

• Healthcare Professionals Certificate

• Cleaning Supervisory Skills Certificate (CSSC) for essential and complimentary skills.

• BICSc Assessor training

Infection Control

We also deliver an Infection Control Programmes to Level 2, delivered in company to meet your needs.

Management Development

We deliver bespoke training programmes for clients specifically designed to meet their needs covering a wide range of subjects including:

• Cleaning management both for first line managers and supervisors
• Personnel (customer care, appraisals, interviewing)
• Contract management (work planning and scheduling, quality assurance and control, specifications and contract start)
