Training and assessment for British Institute of Cleaning Science schemes including Cleaning Operator Proficiency Certificate, Food Premises Cleaning Certificate and the Cleaning Supervisors Skills Certificate and the Healthcare Professionals Cleaning Certificate.

We also have offer other training courses including Infection Control, and management development programmes covering technical skills, cleaning management (work planning and scheduling, quality assurance and control, specifications and contract start) personnel (customer care, appraisals, interviewing) and bespoke or individually designed packages to meet client needs.

Audit

Providing a fully independent quality assurance service across the retail, healthcare, education and hospitality sectors of the cleaning industry covering hygiene, cleaning standards contract compliance and best value benchmarking for both the client and the contractor service provider as required.

Evaluation

A professional independent support for cleaning service specifications, tender submissions and contract mobilisation with ongoing monitoring of standards and service support.
